You have one more year in your B. Tech. So, if want to go for research organizations like BARC, ISRO, DRDO or in M. Tech, I would suggest you to go for detailed lecture. Otherwise if your sole target is PSU then go for anything you want.
Yes you can. But there are restrictions on institutes or organizations on the Bachelors degree subject during admission or recruitment. So please go through those requirements specific to the organization or institutes in which you want to join.
