hey i have a small question about audio interface. I have a behringer one but my headphone doesnt fit the headphone jack so therefore i only have my guitar plugged into the interface and the interface into my pc using usb without amp. When i try to record on guitar rig etc i can see the sound output and input which means there is sound emitting from my guitar. But when i try to listen to the recording later on, im unable to?.... Is this because of no headphones or something fwrong with input/output. Thanks if u can help with this..
Hey! What DAW do you use? You should be able to set your audio output in the DAW, however if you set it to computer's audio, there's usually some latency, which makes recording guitar pretty much impossible. So if you ask me, the best option is to use your audio interface's output. If your headphones don't fit you should get a "headphone adapter 1/8" to 1/4"". You can get those anywhere. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else!
Guitar: American standard Fender Telecaster w/ Little '59 bridge pickup Pedals: usually just a tuner by Boss, sometimes when I need some extra gain I use Fulltone's OCD overdrive. Amp+cab: Marshall 1959 Super Lead Plexi reissue with 1960A Marshall cab (loaded with Greenbacks) Guitar mic: Shure 57 Audio Interface: An old behringer mixer, not sure which model.
