was about to go to sleep then my daughter ran in the room and said "daddy the old man posted" never smiled so much in my life keep up the amazing job bill
How cool is it to be such a positive role model and someone that kid looks up to? It had to mean more to him than you ever will know, that you let him get behind the wheel of the Malibu and just took the time to hang out and talk. Even cooler it’s all featured on the channel, so he can proudly show it to all of his friends and family and be able to relive the memory of that day for years to come! I give you huge props for taking the time to do stuff like this, which could totally play a huge impact on this kids future or an important crossroad that could affect the rest of his life. 👏👍
Yes. A friend let me drive his 67 Camaro when it was new. I was 13. I never forgot that. Unfortunately, he came back in a box from Nam 6 months later. R.I.P. , Keith! I have never forgotten you! You made a lifetime impression. ❤️
It’s moments like these spent with Michael that make it all worth it. My weekend wasn’t going well, and there was really no reason to take my car to Dig Or Die. There was, I just wasn’t aware of it yet.
@@theoldmansgarage your a great man, a great dad and great role model. Seeing Michael smile like that made me tear up a little. Thank you so much for all you do! I will most certainly be a fan for life.
God bless u Bill! When u took that young man for a ride and offered to help him as long as he did good in school and at home, I teared up! That right there just lifted that kid up and gave him hope for many things in life! It's things like that Bill that make a difference in life! Keep putting smiles on our children's faces and love in their hearts! We love u guys!

Anyway I like Bill for his patriotism and his heart, to help for the most part a stranger with his project build. 👍👍💯💯
That young man was raised right. He responded aurs sir/ no sir to EVERY question asked by bill. Just like to say congratulations to his parents. You definitely did right by him.
That young man will remember you long after your gone....it's so easy for kids to get off track today.. What you did may save his life...👍💯 so thankyou for that Bill...
Man I absolutely love mr. Bill alarm clock getz me up 20 minutes early every time he sets up a video so I can have me a cup of coffee on the front porch smoke my cigarette and watch my dogs run around the yard thanks mr. Bill
You guys share content so well. You all are very competitive, but also such a great team. Genuinely trying to help each do the best you can do, even when you're competing with each other. As witnessed by watching Billy and Tommy race each other. You are truly blessed.
What a wise move you made with the calling Bob and uncle bucko. Also happy that Bob is getting new and updated equipment, I'm sure he's going to love playing with all the new settings
Thank you for helping him. I was lucky enough to have that roll model and it's something I think about 25 years later and appreciate now that I am teaching my boys.
I just love the dedication you and your family has for Drag racing and recording the action so we can see and enjoy. Thank you all for everything. God bless.....🇺🇸💯
That's to bad about the s10 I know uncle Bob will get it back up and running. This is why I'm so proud to be a fan of you Bill the fact that you took time out to help Michael and allow him to drive the Malibu and the look on Michael's face when you ask him if he wanted to drive the Malibu was priceless this country would be a much better place if everyone would be like that I wish the best for Michael and his family in the future. I hope you all get the bugs worked out and I'm looking forward to seeing all the cars on the track making hits. God bless and as always be safe 👍
