I'm more surprised that they didn't change how Daigo looks somehow

@@arditeider2812 Okay so you don't know how rare it is to see him after Tiga was done airing than and the really bizarre story behind why things were changed for the re-release and even them showing Tiga in that series where they were talking about past Ultramen

Brings back memories of watching this on the Foxbox when it premiered, being only the second Ultra series I ever saw at he time, then tracking down the Funimation dvds when they came out.

I Loved Ultra Man and Giant Robot. Great times for kids n TV.
I remember I couldn't get enough of this show when they dubbed it in english. Being a fan of Godzilla as a kid, a kaiju themed TV show got me all excited 😊 Tigas been a favorite of mine ever since. Mebius is a close second

Well, they managed to use Nagano-san instead of just Daigo's Gutswing, but not the theme song by V6. So this is "half a win", if that.
To think that I had a crush on Ultraman when I was a kid. I always had a thing for Asians and he was cool. Oh, that little girl in me is happy to see her hero ♥️.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Take me Higher, but the new opening jams.

Despite it doesn't have Take Me Higher like in original Japanese release and the one on 4Kids/Funimation DVD which only subbed the first half of the show, it's good to have all the episodes subbed in the US.

There a video by Vintage Henshin called "The Disapperance Of Ultraman Tiga" that explains what happened to Take Me Higher go check it out.
Not just the song. The actor also have the same issue but at least he is shown in this release. Would be freaking mad if they did it like before
Is this a safe place to admit that I fucking love the English dub theme song? Say what you will about 4kids but their theme songs always slapped
I grew up with the American version glad the original version is here.
