Ok how do you take a voice recorded M4A file and save it in icloud drive as "Text Message.m4a" and turn that into a text tone using garage band ?

After clicking the down arrow and clicking “My Song” it will automatically open the files app, BUT DON’T EXIT FROM THE FILES AFTER IT AUTOMATICALLY OPENS, Instead click and hold immediately and then hit share and from there it will show the ringtone option. It’s not the UPDATE.
