I´m not sure if I remember correctly, or if it´s still on the Workshop, but I played a slugcat called Speedrunner once. You only had one cycle to complete the game, so therefore the slugcat is incredibly fast. Maybe that one would be faster than your time ;)
Maybe I'll try to beat it using Pearlcat. You never said anything about remix, if I put Pearlcat with like 1000 white pearls and 500 blue pearls I could probably do it I think???
I think you should try this out with outsider instead, and turn off the food requirement for flight Its horizontal flight speed is insane, it has a lot more momentum based movement and can be a bit tricker to control but if you pull it off it might be faster than this!
A very relaxing and repitative video sequence. ^~^ I won't say RW is a rage game as well, although I am nervous and sometimes started tilting and making mistakes when surrounded by multiple predators at a single screen. xD
@@lolight2 Hehe, yes. And dropwigs are my nemesis as well, although for different reasons: I have real hard time at detecting them, especially in poorly lighted or overgrown rooms.
Speaking of vanilla scugs, I think Rivulet or Arti with rarefection cell are the fastest. Best modded slugcat is actually any slugcat with RandomBuff. All you have to do is to pick "Sisyphus", take a stone from the last room and bring it to the first room and put it there. You will be teleported to the last room, so it is technically the fastest Desert bus speedrun, if you don't count the setup. (But it may be against the rules, I'm not sure if warp menu or all sorts of "teleportation" in genera is banned)
I think for the spirit of the competition, it would make sense if the setup also counted towards the time :P I think it should be fine if items are brought into the challenge though! But yeah, its a fun little challenge, nothing too serious :)

Idk if it would be faster My second idea is rivulet + random buff mod, fast shortcuts buff, the buff that fills lower half the room with water and as many swim speed bonuses we can stack without crashing the game Although it would definitely take more skill than I have to enter pipis consistently

I feel like Beecat might be able to get through with a good time if you bring and keep making honeycombs, the speed you get from them is pretty nutty
