The 90's cards I bought from eBay, full sets, a few years ago. They just hit different than these new ones. Amazing art, full card, way better back then than these cards now.
These cards are cool. I remember looking at the galactus card back in the day and being impressed by his power ratings

These cards dont lay a glove on 90's cards though. Cards now are made on the cheap but are way more expensive. To be honest, they seem boring.

Nice! I haven’t bought card boxes since the 90’s, lol. I’m pretty sure I still have a couple unopened boxes of Marvel Masterpieces from 1992 & 1994.
Love it! Should be getting a new Marvel Masterpieces set this year, gotta open that on the channel!

The background is different on the variants, tier 4 is the highest and most rare. Joe jusko still reigns supreme, agreed. I did pull a thanos sketch card from jomar boulda from one of these boxes, it is sick, but i think the base cards are a little underwhelming honestly. but still like them and bought a few boxes from this year and 21-22!

That Codex card labeled as Knull. I remember seeing something about that when these came out. Dope card but would be better if it actually said Codex.
You had a few cool cards but I was a bit disappointed with most of it. I was hoping you’d pop a sketch. Did you figure out what the value is on the lenticular and Knull rookie?? Those were cool.

I could be wrong, but it looked like 2/3 "Knull" cards were actually Codex on the card? LOL
The only cards I’ve ever bought were Yu-Gi-Oh cards years ago, those were cool because they were a game and you could get the same cards that were in the anime/manga.
Yooooooooo cool cards but I got the first set I remember looking at the backs and seeing how many tons can they lift!! Who remembers thT !! 😂

Most people probably keep in binders. I did frame my 1992 marvel masterpieces

And I agree with you that these cards don't feel special because the art looks like it was just taken from the comics.
