It's worth noting that both JLX and Magneto & The Magnetic Men will NOT be in the Amalgam Omnibus. Many already know the reason why, but for those who don't, it's because they are both written by Gerard Jones, former writer of Green Lantern, Mosaic and some of Justice League International. Jones is a convicted child pornographer. He spent 6 years in jail because of what he did. That is why his stories have been left out by DC, and it is also why DC will NEVER reprint his era of Green Lantern.
Yes, Turtle Chips are delicious. Also they had voting ballots in the trading card packs where you could vote for the winner of: Wolverine vs Lobo, Hulk vs Superman, Storm vs Wonder Woman, Spider-Man vs Superboy and Captain America vs Batman.
I passed on the Amalgam book due to the omission of those specific issues. Thankfully I have the originals but I am not interested in an incomplete collection, no matter the reasons.
Marvel and DC Present- Featuring the Uncanny X-Men and the New Teen Titans #1 is indeed the most amazing Marvel/DC crossover that has ever happened. i will forever be a Claremont Stan. The Fact we never got to see Wolfman & Perez's (and with the late, great Perez's passing, now never will), due to a contractual disagreement, truly makes me wish i had a alternate time-lines teleporter so i could see what that issue would have been.
I ordered mine through Pullbox and on there the date changed from the 8th to the 29th. Don’t know if that’s accurate but thought I should drop it in here haha.
I'll pass on the Amalgam one but I'm thinking of getting the D.C vs Marvel one. After all these years I still don't have a copy of the First Superman Spider-Man crossover. With the DC vs Marvel mini and the Amalgam issues I still have never read them after all these years. I didn't buy all Amalgam issues either, I left a few out because the characters didn't interest. Unlike others Amalgam didn't excite me at the time, still doesn't which is why I've never bothered reading them. I personally pick the Batman Dar edevil issues as the best as well as Batman Captain America which you didn't mention.
Oh and Impossible Man & the other guy - it depends who writes them as to whether they're likeable silver-age-evoking fun or not. i just imagine John De Lanie (Q From Star Trek) is portraying them in my head. New Mutants (Vol 1) Annual 3 has a great battle between Impossible Man & Warlock (the New Mutant not the Cosmic Guardian) which is the best use i've ever seen of Impossible Man.
i might have missed them because they include a LOT of issues - but neither omnibus has the JLA/Avengers 4 issue series by Kurt Busiek & George Perez? I consider those the 2nd best Marvel/DC comic cross-over ever done.
I own Teen titan vs X-Men. Highly recommend. If you want mine I'll sell for $500. I'd pay big bucks to see Marvel and DC destroy the Archieverse. Did you like after-life?

Ohhh wow.... I knew those stories were not included but didn't know that was why. Yikes....
@@Ythelastnerd they reprinted his stories in JLI.
Both omnibus have been delayed.
Dc vs marvel is december, amalgam is january.
DC have DC Vs Marvel listed as October 29 and Amalgam as December 31st... which may be a placeholder....
Great idea for a vid cos im not familiar with most runs coming in omni format. Wat wud be good is if u included screenshots of the art too.
Thanks! We shall do a follow up we think with more art to show the remastering.
Did you read the Wizard of Oz comic because that’s the very first crossover between Marvel and DC?
WHAT! Get out of town!
I thought The Wizard Of Oz special was the first Marvel/DC almagamation
It is! I never even knew it existed!
I like turtle chips
They are a chip game changer!

Turtle chips for the win!

That’s fair enough!

No it's John Byrne, he considers it to be part of Generations.

Just can’t get into them. Too silly for me to get behind

Nope! I think it’s got something to do with the edition they did a few years ago for the Perez charity thing

@@comicsetc5788 did Archie die in the end of that? If yes, then yes i would like it.
