The problem isn't that Tier 0 characters exist, it is that your channel description and the behavior you allow implies that you want people to animate Tier 0 feats. That being said, yeah, I guess I can see this list being true. At minimum, the Angel Pig in that one rp the stick figures in Alan Becker's world were playing would probably Tier 4... I think... at least in its own rp. No feats for it, but I could see it being true, considering the actual introduction stopped the rp entirely.
Also, if Anton's 'incalculable', but can't let others win, it suggests that his world is dystopian. Which is not a bad practice tbh. Write what you know is the key to good content.
