Excellent demo. My Bro brought this pedal around to my place last night and frankly I am stunned how we Boss did with this pedal. It sounds awesome; great dynamics and ability to clean it up with the volume control. Truly an advance in dirt-box technology under the hood here.

I can't say enough good things about this pedal. It smokes on the green channel of my 50w EVH for edge of breakup tones, and of course full on drive tones as well, so versatile. The added bonus of having a 'mid' control you would not otherwise get on the original Boss pedals is awesome. I think the EQ is active, i dunno, it just feels more responsive and more dynamic in range than the pedals. I love the X-drive as it responds to how you dig in and stays articulate, never gets mushy.

I love this pedal I've had it for almost a year. I use it in the fx loop on my amp and use to to run distortion X-dist with a slight hint of fuzz then boost it while running the built in noise gate.
Sounds mean and brutal with only 2 pedals. My boost I use is a Guuptech GRINDR.

@Pete I bought the od200 and it sounds amazing! There is a pretty big problem though : the on/off status is not stored in the memory location. This means that, especially when using it in midi with other effects, it always turns on when changing memory. Say you want to have a clean sound on #3, and turn on the od on the solo, well you cannot. As soon as you change memory number the pedal turns on. This makes having memories somewhat useless.
It seems so trivial to add this with an update... it would be si awesome if you could ask Boss!

One of my all time beast favorites. The hi-res spec's really finish it off. The EQ is active and noiseless almost which gives you so much more than passive eq's... Great video as always. The one stumbling block having is changing to 5 and up memory locations? Have asked all over and still all I can do is to get there hold the memory down and turn the parameter knob and get there but it is flashing like I am writing to the channel instead of just trying to switch to it?? Driving me crazy.....
