Performance/Transient response specification of 2nd order control system
    Time domain specification:
    Delay time(td)
    Rise time(tr )
    Peak time (tp)
    Maximum overshoot (Mp)
    Setting time (ts)
    1.Delay time(td)
It is the time required for transient response to reach 50% of its final value in first attempt.
    2.Rise time(tr )
It is the time required for transient response to reach 10% to 90% or 0 to 100% of desired value in first attempt.
    3.Peak time (tp)
It is the time required to reach maximum overshoot/peak overshoot.
    4.Maximum overshoot (Mp)
The maximum positive deviation output with respect to desired value.
It occurs when slope of the time response curve after initiation of input signal becomes zero and when t=tp
    5.Setting time (ts)
It is the time needed to settle down the oscillations within tolerance band of 2% to 5% of desired value of output.
