Weird thing about the NBA is the product overall is better because of all the foreign born players Yes there's just way more talent among 8 billion than there is 300 million people. Nowadays the half the best players are from another country from Luca, Giannis, Victor, but for some reason it seems like it's made it harder to follow or something. Everyone says Jordan was better than LeBron but he never dealt with an influx of foreign-born players like now so the game is way more talented players now but I agree it's hard to watch and like yourself so I grew up in Michigan a huge Pistons fan back in the late '80s and it was my favorite sport
Another question you guys should ask is anybody prefer to not watch the games? I actually find it way better not watching games that I bet. It might be odd but I've been doing this a long time and bet pretty big but I have enough stress in my life I prefer to not watch my bets. What I like to do a lot of times is watch the condensed highlight version on TH-cam the next morning of the sport I bet not knowing if I want or lost. Though I do watch NFL as a fan and you can't but help to know what's going on throughout the league but other sports I pay no attention the night of the games till morning
lol I’m the same way. I watch NFL but definitely can’t watch NBA if I bet on it, especially if they are losing. Would rather check the live betting odds to gauge my hope. I prefer watching highlights after the game and reading online after wards or the next day.
Hey guys Happy Holidays!!!!!!. Loved the show. About gifting gambling products as gifts. You can always give a money card with money + the parlay picks and your favorite bookies affiliate code. Totally legal. I'm old school I used to go to a bar and I would tip $1 per drink. This was 20 years ago or so. I would give the bartender a choice between getting $1 or a pull tab ticket with a top prize of $500. All of them chose a pull tab. In a couple of years I probably tipped 5 $500 pull tabs. This was surprising because this bar cheated on pull tabs. By cheating I mean they would tell favorite customers how many big prize pull tabs were left and if it was a +EV situation the favorites would buy tickets until the big ones were gone. There’s a reason that PrizePicks and Underdog advertise their plays as 3x, 5x, etc. instead of using American odds like +200 and +300. It’s definitely shady, but at the same time…why would anyone who has a basic level of betting knowledge actually think you’re getting paid the equivalent of +100/+100 on regular player prop parlays? It should be clear as day that’s too good to be true, imo.
1) Wanting to be like The View is cause for self-reflection gents 🤣🤣 2) Studio shows throw to clips all the time. I was a former producer in Toronto sports media as well. Clips are in every program. Let Uncle K record a 3 minute clip roasting Rob and throw to it. You can't possibly believe that's actually a downgrade in production quality Rob, you're too smart for that!
Rob how about an interview with Johnny. What is his story sounds kind of interesting how two guys from basically the same high school ended up doing this. You've talked about being his mentor how did it happen? Is that all he does for a living? Is he a math model guy, top down? Seems like it would be an interesting story interview. Sort of heard your story but I'm sure yours would be interesting as well but have no idea what his story is. I apologize this is already been done before but love to hear it
Some of it's political. I know multiple people who are turned off by being talked down to. You can't demonize half the country and expect everybody to get on board. It's just not fair the way it's reported the coaches popovich and Steve Kerr talk down to the public and God forbid anybody took the other side of these issues which is weird considering the more popular side is the one the NBA isn't pushing but trust me it has turned people off
Could do with the CBA does give a points for winning each quarter. Even though that would probably make things way more exciting does seem kind of cheap in a weird way
It is distracting to have the shots in these episodes spill into each other. When Kirk is talking, I see Rob's hand in the shot etc. It's not easy on the viewer.
You guys are literally 2 shows away from having your cycles linked up. Just own the Springer comparison (better than the view!!!). This is what this show is and it is great, there is nothing like it anywhere.
