Honestly, I'm one of the bigger guys at my gym and they're doing warm up sets using roughly my current max weight. I'm pretty sure they could intimidate or demoralize anyone at that gym.

Dude I’ve been in the same boat for over a year now, I’ve finally managed to pick myself up. Stay determined brother and you’ll make it.
Wre cked Several different things, working out was one of em. Realized it helped a lot mentally. But what really got me determined was when I ended tearing one of my delts, bicep/tricep (I overtrained). Had to wait 6 weeks for them to heal (wasn’t fun). Again, other factors played a part but that was a good stepping stone. Dunno why but That injury made me realize I was absolutely tired of everything and that I was gonna stop being in this goddamn pothole and pull myself out. Motivation is temporary, determination will get you through it.
Depression is a bitch!! Get your ass up and to the gym and cardio and weights and you'll pull out of it. I know exactly what it's like! It truly is a bitch!
The funniest part is Eddie looking so genuinely hurt by Brian making fun of his waffle eating habits.

My max bench in high school was 295 -1 rep (the bar, 2 plates and a 35 on each side). Very proud of that for weighing 160 my junior year. Watching Eddie easily rep 5 plates just blows my mind.
