Google DNS now supports EDNS client subnet. Lots of other DNS resolvers support it too. It's a way of sending truncated client's IP to the DNS server to hint about the client's location. So, the problem explained at 16:00 is not really a problem anymore. I do agree that it's still not perfect but it's definitely worth mentioning.
