18 months later and the load balancer plugin still seems very distant from the core. It exists, yes, but is relatively hard to understand and configure. I wish it were built into the core of this fine tool.
12 años despues y es algo dificil de instalar por defecto, deberia tener una preconfiguracion funcional por defecto y luego que se pueda personalizar. asi como el frontend para hacerlo mas conocido.
well squid just release version 3.2 and it`s support for multi cores processor, and some that i like from squid i can build a fast responsive by combining SSD and HDD at same time, we serve small file from SSD, and big file from our HDD, by defining the maximum file size and minumum file size for SSD and HDD, we can save a lot of money by buying 2 units 240Gb SSD and 2 units 2TB HDD, and doing a loadbalancer, dunno if apache traffic server handle it
