Yes Ben, at a moments notice I can tell you what a parasol is. Perfect example, Mary Poppins carries one while in the chalk painting.
We did Mary Poppins for the winter musical at my school and as part of the costume crew I had to learn what a parasol was for Jolly Holiday.

28 out of 31 I know the movie forwards and backwards, all the songs by heart, and most of the behind the scenes stories about the making of the movie, that I've seen on the blu ray, ABC specials, and read online. The only 3 questions I completely drew a blank on were the name of program used to make realistic snow, the time on the clock during Love is Open Door, and what other Disney movie the art director worked on.
For the most part the quiz was a piece of cake for me. I am the ultimate Frozen fan! I have seen the movie 24 times in counting! Thanks for finally doing a J vs Ben Frozen Trivia Quiz, and congratulations J. Now I'd love to see you guys do a quiz on my other all-time favorite Disney Movie the Nightmare before Christmas.
I also know just about everything about that movie, every line in the movie, all the songs by heart, and pretty much all the behind the scenes stuff. So I'm pretty sure I can get a perfect score, but I'd love to see what you guys get.

I was in a (purposely) cheesy western style play in middle school and at one point I was supposed to yell “My parasol!” really high pitched and annoying because someone grabbed it from me, and it was one of our favorite lines but unfortunately we couldn’t get our hands on a parasol which stunk so we cut the line. The last show we did someone came up behind me and took my hat off my head, which was not even remotely planned, so naturally I rolled with it and yelled, “My hat!” To this day I don’t know if my drama teacher was laughing at it or mad at us for that little stunt.

While Parasol is a pretty common word, if Ben hasn't had the occasions to see them around a lot in Summer, I can understand why he forgot about them.
Although don't mistake the "para" as "for". It is NOT a spanish word. Para- has different origins, and one of them is from the latin "paro" which means "to stop", "to counter".
Actually, in French almost all the objects created to stop something or protect from it are built with the latin para- : parapluie (against the rain), parasol (against the sun),paravent (against the wind), paratonnerre (against the thunder), ...
