Interesting comparison: I'd put it's market price at about six million in a location like the suburban outskirts of Sun Valley Idaho, Big Sky Mt, or Jackson Hole Wy. If it had the name of a famous architect attached to it like this one, that would go up by at least another million. But in those areas it would never be built as a duplex---the guest house would always be detached. And the "great room" would be far larger because bigger is always better. LOL I doubt if this is a gringo house--- almost certainly built as a second home for a Lojahano. Since there is little mortgage lending houses like this probably are cash stashes for the wealthy. Actually in Jackson Hole most residences in this price range and up to 30++ million are cash transactions as well.
