I noticed that the pants part of this garment has no darts. I have never made pants without darts as they give some shape and fit my body better. Is it that the darts are not necessary for a good fit.
If you have a fuller booty, make sure to add a lot of extra room. Like a lot extra! I used my measurements to choose the pattern size and came up with an 8 for the top and a 12 for the bottom. I decided to add extra to the bottom (size 14 plus the additional 1 cm seam allowance) and the pants would not even come up past my thighs. So I made the pants again and added EVEN MORE and they came up past my thighs but there is NO WAY they are going to zip. The pattern is made for people who do not have bigger butts/hips. I will attempt this one again but I am going to modify the backside of the pants so they allow for a more curvy booty.
