sometimes I buy a game and feel I will never go back to it and I might as well sell it early on to get exactly what I paid back for it and act like I never even owned it
My dad has an SF2 Arcade machine. He went out and bought SF4 on the machince, and was soo excited for it, we didn't really like, but he bought an Arcade stick for it, and the nostalgia + button mashing fun made it actually pretty fun. Other than that, I know you sell games you won't play, but you should keep SF4 for nostalgia, and because it is one of the new "Must-Own" Games.

Great video Pete, I was hoping you would say something about Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. Would you still recommend it to someone who didn't start gaming until the PS2 era, even though I wouldn't get the nostalgia factor?

Nice Video again Pete. I was thinking of getting the Sege Ultimate Collection, but with Halo Wars, Killzone 2 and Resident Evil 5 coming out soon I think i'll give it a miss.

Ok here is the thing about Flower. It is part of the Spring Collection and I am willing to bet that there will be more games similar to Flower. So just wait and get them all together for cheaper.

The online is great if you have a notion of some of the combos...it also can pair you ,if you want ,with someone on your skill level
Great video, It's a shame that your not into Street Fighters but you are right it does take time and patience to play online.
Great games, loving the Sega Genesis Collection and Street Fighter IV but got it for the PS3 for the d-pad...pretty good so liking it and enjoy them new games and K2 coming friday.
use the training mode man,pulling off the ultracombo after only a few hours because training mode helped...its SICK

i like sports and sports games but pete said no sport games collecting not cause he doesnt like them he actully has about 10-20 sports games like tony hawk and stuff but most sports games arnt worth anything except i once read a old nba game is about 70 dollors or more i belive cause its so rare
I had Street Fighter 4 for PS3 and its even brutal on easy, what game is hard on easy. Petedorr you have to get Marvel vs Capcom 3 or Mortal Kombat.
Hey Pete, do you own super puzzle fighter on xbox360? Thats a really fun game. If you do own it maybe we can have a match together one day. Barely anyone plays that game anymore :(
I agree about Street Fighter comment, I like the series but I never got into it like most gamers.
Even on a smallest easy mode (if you're not an expert on the franchise), you will be beaten a lot in the later stages.
I already have most the Genesis games on Sonics Collection so I dont really plan on getting it.
Im with you on Street Fighter, its fun and I used to play it with my cousins but I never got into it. Im more of an MK guy.

The sonic collection is great if you have an HDTV.Bought it day one because I simply cannot use my Genesis on my television.

Man, I have a genesis, altho not a lot of games for it, but the Sonic Ultimate Collection is def one of the next titles I want to pick up.
If I buy a $60 game and do not forsee myself playing it anymore after my first 2 days with it, I will sell it on ebay...get my money back...and buy some other stuff. Just because you are a collector does not mean you can NEVER sell anything.

I love SF4 but I mostly play it with my friends ala "Social Gaming" as Pete would so highly approve. I can hold my own in player matches online, but when it comes to ranked I usually get destroyed. I haven't even touched the new championship edition. There are also tons of elitists out there who like to take the fun out of it.

i must say i been a gamer all of my life and of course i love street fighter even though i like mortal kombat more but i must agree that street fighter 4 is pretty hard i mean i can beat the arcade on medium but seth gets pretty tough in the second round

I gotta agree with you about Street Fighter IV and I'm not a SF newb--that game is damn hard, and what makes it worse is that the controls are terrible on the 360--even simple moves like Guile's flash kick are difficult to get the game to recognize. Its mystifying--Why are the simple moves difficult to pull off on a regular pad? Argggh!

if u want a simple and noob friendly fighter play da Soul Calibur series in da second 1 dey got some Nintendo characters and 4 is newest for 360 and maybe PS3 its got toons from StarWars force unleashed and wen u makin ur own toon u can set ur special attacks and armor has stats so its very in depth, fun,and noob freindly hope u look into buyin it and make a review and im not sure if u alrdy mention it in 1 of ur vids but if not and u buy it i hope u enjoy it :)

ughh Pete,you should have bought SFIv for PS3 as the 360 d-pad is crap...unless you have an arcade stick then its cool.I had not played a fighter in 3 years,SFII for genesis again,well I got killed on medium but after a few hours started winning.....give it time

Dude you are so right about abel an seth including zangief on SF4 thats all they dude is grab all day even on the easiest difficult they steal will grab you all day an the funny thing is when do like a upper cut with ken & ryu they grab you right out of it which is fake ass hell but SF4 is a good game but its like he said if you never play street fighter before dont buy it

Ken is not overpowered.For every character there is a balance,Ken being succebtable to grab moves.

Pete if you're a collector why do you ever return games? I mean there are several games in your collection that are very badly made and play like crap, yet you still keep them for collection purpose. Why don't u do this with more modern games? Is it because everyone else having it takes away from the novelty? If I had enough money to start collecting games I wouldn't get rid of games just because they were too time consuming, etc.
