I honestly don't see why you think he looks bad :0 He looks pretty nice and cool to me. He's still young and hopefully he'll mature more and the face will match his body. I think the reason that he can't fly makes more sense because, as a baby, he's much lighter (obviously they're taking some liberties, but don't they always?) and it makes sense as he grows he loses the use of his wings. It makes a lot more sense than the Green Death or the Red death flying. In real life, they wouldn't be able to fly with their tiny as all wings. With the leviathan, he's obviously a heavyset dragon and it wouldn't make sense if he were able to fly at all.
I played the expansion myself and I thought it was pretty good. I was disappointed there were only 17 new quests though. Compared to Battle for the Edge and Return to Dragon Island, this was the expansion the least amount of quests and the least amount to explore, and I agree with you that it should have started off with the egg hatching. It would have had more quests then. I would have loved it if we could have explored the Defenders island and done more quests for them. I hope we'll be able to do that in the next expansion.
Overall, I like the expansion too. It was fun and I got a good bit of fun out of it. I don't think it's worth the full price of gems. Perhaps wait for a sale if you're patient, or earn the gems quickly through mobile offers. Personally, I paid $5 for a gem boost so I could buy this expansion and that was fine with me. $5 was worth it, but no more. Also, I LOVE the new dragon. I love geckos so I was excited to have this one! It was...like, 60% of my decision to buy it xD

I think there will be a part 2 of secret of the leviathan because in the trailer, we see a few new islands (not just impossible island) but also Defenders of the Wing..

Personally, I think that the Krayfin looks nice when he becomes a teen/adult! I don't know why people think that he looks ugly because I think he looks pretty cool. I hope that in a later expansion pack (since the story still hasn't continued) I can get him since he looks awesome! This is my opinion, so if you think he's ugly then that's your problem

Did you know you can actually RIDE Krayfin? Because after you finish all quests from this expansion pack he will swim around in the crater, so just jump on him when hes going under the bridge and there you go! Hes the only solid dragon in entire game (ok, ok, Toothless is for a short time)

Yeah, this expansion was just ok. I guess more work went into the cutscenes, mini games, and environment than previous ones, though. I was disappointed by the hype built up around the egg, but I have no problem with the way the leviathan looks. I just wish I was bigger. I assume it's still young, but I was hoping to see something really impressive by the end of it.

I would imagine baby leviathan lives more outside ofw ater, then when he grows up he become comepletly a water creature. If you are a water creature you basically fly through water, and if you spend all the time under water it is basically exchanging air for water, woudl barely notice a diffrence...

I enjoyed the expansion but like you said you don't really get a strong bond with it and i was really sad that this dragon was in the egg i wished it was a night fury it even made its sound!! Witch made me more annoyed, and i think it would have bean better if the leviathan like crash on berk, but i like the Flame Whipper but i wish they gave us a Night Fury instead cause then i think i would have bean more excited in the mission but since it wasn't it kinda killed they hype for me, but meh its okay, not my favourite but okay, i liked return to dragon island more

there are a hella lot of ugly dragons in the game (eruptodon, devilish dervish, silver phantom...) but I kind of like them all
