Not surprised to see this one back on the market immediately. The main floor living areas are really flawed layout-wise. That great room is unacceptably small and poorly thought out for a home of that size and caliber. I'm sure the listing agent will sell the staircase mounted TV as a feature, but it's really an obvious sign that the layout wasn't thought out so they had no place to put the TV. This made even worse by the fact that the home, despite being 6300sqft, doesn't have a second living area to serve as a family room...have to use a bedroom for the family room. Critical only of the house - video is well done.
Wait! Someone purchased this home for 8.5, only a few months ago. Now they're selling for an additional million? And.... they took all the furniture!😂 There should be a law against this 😮

The home is a recent new build and was previously filmed 2 times by the listing agents. They didn't do the thorough job an Alan Hui will do. They basically highlighted certain areas and skimming over the other areas. This absolutely needs your touch!❤
I love your videos!! Please keep sharing more content!! I will say that this particular property is way overpriced. As others have commented below, the layout of the home is weird. Especially the Primary bedroom. I watched that section over like 3 times because I couldn't figure out what was going on. I think this property is an example of over-customization.
The primary bedroom is a No for me. The bed placement and the TV mount are crazy. Beautiful overall home just not worth 9.25-9.5 million. You would have to put in 1/2 million plus before you move in... 😢
There are quite a few design flaws. For me, only high ceiling single story luxury build with really great flow are worth it. Lots of jagged edges and wasted spaces here. The entrance frontage is just not impressive. No wow factor. Reminiscent of a doctor’s office building….🤭

Amen. Sold for 8,375,000 on 7/22/24 according to Zillow. And they gutted the house. Oh HELL no😮

Nice house but not for that price. You could get the same size house for half the cost. Lot premium must have been a lot.
You're probably right about the lot premium.
