Blue Heron certainly has a clean and modern interior design. I find Christopher Homes to have a more playful, expressive, and eclectic interior design.
It’s so ridiculous how the houses around here are built with zero privacy, no acres barely even half 0.35acres, and they’re all shaped like a 4 year olds Lego build
Houses with privacy and acreage can be found in Section 10, Scotch 80’s and if you’re looking for more modern custom builds, Centennial Hills and Lone Mountain. Best of luck with your search.
MacDonald Highlands along with Ascaya, The Ridges and The Summit are the highest priced homes in the entire Las Vegas and Henderson. The model homes were intentionally built on the homesites that have less space between neighbors to leave the more desirable homesites for future buyers. If these homesites were 0.5 acres or 1 acre in this location, I assure you the homesites would cost over $5M before the price of the home or any upgrades.
@@AlanHuiRealty makes sense to some degree. Crazy how there’s all of this land but everyone still has to live on top of each other and get no privacy all for the sake of maximizing profits and making it more crowded
@someguy1907 I completely understand what you're saying. Certain areas in Las Vegas and Henderson are highly desirable. You can build these in many other locations, but they will not be worth as much as MacDonald Highlands is one of the most sought-after communities in the entire Las Vegas/Henderson.

With these type of upgrades, what price are we looking at?
This particular floor plan can finish anywhere between $4M to $5.5M depending on the finishes and homesite you select.
I would have expected way more solar panels for a home of this size.

SkyVu does not have any single story models, only 2-story and 3-story. Most buyers ar this community are spending around $400k in design options.
