First l love your video and love light colour ❤️ l need your help.. l have a lot of grey hair and l always use dark brown Revlon ammonia free because l almost used it twice a month.. now l want to change to esalon .. how to start ??? I really appreciate if you help me🙏🏼
Hi, thank you so much! Go through the link in my description and take the color quiz, input all the info and at the end you can upload photos to show what your hair looks like and leave a message for them explaining exactly this. They will be able to formulate a roots color and ends color!
I ordered light kit and a different color formulation. First try turned out strawberry blonde NOT what I asked for but pretty. What’s your routine? Color then highlight. Or vice versa and how long do you wait to do second step? I’ve asked company and can’t get an answer.
@@RutaBauzaite first try was light blonde with gold and pearl. Waiting on next color same but no gold this time. And got light kit. I have asked esalon to be more specific with color name. Was it 8G the first time ? Next shipment a 9NA? Would have better idea if they would say level and tone. Thanks for your input (my current picture is old that’s not what color is now)
@@susanheffley3748 Yep so this time around it wont be so gold, it will be more of a neutral color which should solve the issue. The best advice I have is finding a picture of what you are going for and and sending that in along with what your hair currently looks like. That gives them a visual and that helps with the narrowing down a combo.
Looks great! I have a similar haircolor, but it skews more copper than mahogany. Did you have any of the formula left after you completed your highlights on all three layers?

Hey! Yeah I had a decent amount after those three layers, could deff do like three more layers!
What is the color called that you ordered? I ordered copper mahogany, I’m wondering if it’s similar
