- 2062/63 Andolan or April 2006 revolution in Nepal was one of the biggest revolution in the history of Nepal where Maoist joined hands with political parties, one that ended monarchy and formed today's politics. During the decade long civil war, the Maoist were fighting with the government and the King. There were several attempts for negotiation between Maoist and the government but nothing concrete was agreed upon. But what a lot of people don't know is there were direct secret negotiations between Maoist and the King as well and they were very close to form a partnership and the political parties would have been on the receiving end. This is the story of that failed negotiation that laid the foundation for Nepal politics for last 2 decades.
