women should not say the dhyana shloka, they should not say "OM", they should not say naamavali, that is om vishnuve naamaha, instead just say vishnuve namaha, no om. women can say naamastotram which has no om or pranava, at 1.43 in the upanyasam.

women can say naamastotram which has no om or pranava, at 1.43 in the upanyasam.
