I absolutely love Tarlos and Malec, but there's also Ben and Jed from Legacies (season 4) in my top 3. They're super hot and handsome, and their chemistry is incredible! Bruno and Pol are also one of my favourites.

Tarlos is dramatic unreal and I love it I’m gay of course I’m delusional.
Ian and mickey is the most realistic and Italian style poetic in my opinion when you put them parallel to first seasons and last seasons. Their wedding song is so appropriate, they were just kids when they fell in love . And most don’t see it but mick only loved Ian and his first dialogue was “Ian Gallagher” .
What I’m hinting at is it was a really thought out and well written script .
Sure Ian did have love for others Caleb and Trevor which I didn’t like but both were necessary for Ian’s character development.
Note mickey wasn’t a bottom but he only allowed Ian to fuck him no one else .

Tk and carlos as always to bad they ain't a couple in real life but at least they are good friends and act like a couple some times also one calling the other baby and also papi once or twice

Michael/Alex Roswell New Mexico tv 2019
Alex a gay air force Capt (Roswell New Mexico tv) after being gone for 10 years at age 27 closer to 28 he has to find out whether he still has feelings for his high schoo sweetheart Michael Guerin. Michael Guerin canonically is an alien and is a very interesting character. And reluctant way o p alien that hides in plain sight and had so much potential even in the original Roswell television show and book series to the second show they explained that it would not be very good or conducive if Michael actually did become the master genius and get all the accolades in the same but he probably could get after all if you're an alien you want to keep a low profile and not attract the attention of your father.
❤❤ And bless them they break my heart but their amazing. Alex's played by Tyler Blackburn who actually did come out while doingtge show so bless them.❤❤
And much like Alec and Magnus they do get their happy end but you know the journey is the most interesting part❤.
this was the couple I thought would be in 1st with TK and Carlos in 2nd. Malex was so good and was a great way to be different than the original show.
For me it would have to be characters that resonate on different platforms but are still queer.

911 Lonestar TK and Carlos❤❤❤ the actors were together in the real world but the last they did not work out but their characters wound up getting married just like Michael and Alex and Magnus and Alec.
Oh and Patrick and David so yeah several people on this list that I made got married.

For me there is a difference in my hottest tv gay couples compare to my favourite ever tv gay couples.
Like I like Mickey and Ian and think of them as iconic. Objectively I think of them as attractive but do I really find them 'hot' and in my top tier of hottest... sorry but no.
I do agree with some on your list like TK and Carlos (definitely), Original WilSon aka Will and Sonny (absolutely), Alec and Magnus (not my favourites though), Jude and Zero (oh YES!), Bruno and Pol (unquestionably), Victor and Benji (so adorably cute AND hot). And last but not least, Connor and Oliver (beyond any doubt).
The other two couplings I'm not as aware of.
