as far as I know you don't really have to answer all the bullet points of your cue card but make sure to answer the main question properly for 2 minutes. the bullet points are there to help you think about ideas about what to say but isn't mandatory to speak about all of them

Actually few of the local Punjabis they have such (pronunciation- beige / clothes)accent like people in Saudi or other like so countries have you know they pronounce particularly as parthycularly. It’s just because of like how they were brought up ⬆️. Note: this is just my opinion and Iam not lowering anyone or any country that they are poor in English.
