MEAL PREP WITH ME FOR WEIGHT LOSS || HIGH PROTEIN PURE VEG AND HEALTHY MEALS ||

HELLO GUYS!
I hope you are doing well. In today's video i will guide you through my meal prep strategy and would also like to disclose why i don't like meal prepping for the whole week ahead. Sure it has lots of advantages and would save tons of time but due to personal prefrences i rather do a day before prep.
This video features only veg meals so if you are vegetarian, can also modify and add your own touch to it too!
Note: This is NOT what i eat everyday, our bodies need variety and thus many more nutrients from many different food sources. I tried to keep it as much nutrient dense as i could. I hope this video benefits you in any way and thankyou very much for watching and giving me your precious time ❤️
