Congrats on the baby Andreas, I have 2 toddlers and a third baby in the way and I chose to make content documenting my fatherhood journey. Hope it can help you.

I like your filming background, it looks very professional. I've just started but I think I like to batch film a few videos at once as the more I film the more my energy increases and I come across better on camera 😊

Once you’ve figured out a working setup, sure about audio and lighting then batch shooting is absolutely best 🙏 do you also apply the batch workflow to other parts, such as scripting many videos in one session?

@AndreasSippus I work fulltime and have 2 little kids plus an airbnb haha... so I make notes of videos thoughout the week as I think of them, then before I start filming I bullet point everything I want to say - I don't write a script 😊 I want to try and carve out more time during the week for video planning / bullet pointing though

Wow your colour grade looks amazing! Just come across the channel, always happy to sub to someone who clearly puts a lot of effort into their art.

My opinion, but it might be a template from 14dayfilmmaker. The whole setup looks very similar to their course suggestions.

@@danbuffington75 I recently purchased the 14-day filmmaker to see if there's anything I'm missing out but havent in all honesty gotten around to see their recommendation on lighting. But the current setup is very simple, I have one softbox in a 45 degree angle on the side. I used to have a fill-light on the right side of the frame but had only battery powered, which I stopped using cause charging it and setting it up was a friction-causing obstacle I wanted to get rid of. The setup itself is just a result of tons of iterations throughout little over the past 2 years, you can see if you scroll down the channel towards earlier videos.

There are a ton of good insights in this video. Listen to what his story and how he manages things. It's a lot to get done.
