- In this video, we are going to learn how to find the gradient of a product. To solve this, we are going to use product rule. To find grad(AB) it's equal to AgradB + BgradA. We would also be finding the gradient of a scalar field/function at a point.

The greatest rate of change for a scalar field with respect to position is represented by its gradient, which is always parallel to the field surface at that point. A scalar field’s gradient is a vector field whose magnitude represents the rate of change and which points in the general direction of the scalar field’s greatest rate of increase.

What if I first multiply A and B direct before finding grad(AB)
