One of biggest dump-fire of adaptation I ever seen, showing how much of great job Good Omens crew did.

I think there was something like that between 2 night lords the names of which I forgot, but one basically tried to do some chaos crap on some planet and the second one who became the grey night came to stop him, they had a talk about their past friendship before heresy & then the night killed the dude.

Nah, not quite. So from what I remember the Grey Knights are the spiritual/actual successors of the Knights-Errant, which was basically a mixed bag of marines from basically every legion, Loyalist or Traitor (For example, Nathaniel Motherfucking Garro was Death Guard, and Iacton Qruze was from the Luna Wolves) that Malcador bunched up as effectively a Black Ops unit, and a few of those Knights-Errant who were all psykers basically went on to found the Grey Knights. IIRC one of the founders was a loyalist Thousand Son, although that might be a case of specualtion with heavy evidence rather than concrete fact.

No. And Grey Knights completely lose their memories as part of the soul binding with the Emperor.
