Bake With Yen Purpleberry Bread Loaf

  • If you’re a fruit bread lover, you have to try baking this Purpleberry Bread Loaf!
    You won’t be able to resist the buttery soft bread with the juiciness of dried cranberries. And it’s super easy to make too.

    Ingredients:
    500g Purpleberry Bread Loaf Mix
    300g cold water
    160g dried cranberries
    40g unsalted butter
    8g instant dry yeast
    Method:
    Mix all ingredients excluding dried cranberries using medium speed for 6 minutes and 8 minutes at medium-high speed. Add in dried cranberries and mix the dough for 3 minutes at low speed.
    Rest the dough for 30 minutes at room temperature.
    Divide the dough into 4 equal portions (250g each) and roll each into a round shape.
    Flatten the round dough with a rolling pin to form a short cylinder shape. Place 2 doughs in a small baking loaf pan, side by side, and another 2 doughs in another baking loaf pan.
    Proof for another 90 - 120 minutes at room temperature.
    Bake in a preheated oven of 190°C for 35 - 45 minutes.
