These are so wonderful to watch - so inspiring. There is resonance to be found in the vulnerabilities the athletes express - how our bodies are ultimately fragile, the demands of competing professionally, and, most importantly, how deeply we value life and well-being, especially when our optimal health is taken away from us. It is an art of being able to tune in to the rhythms of your body - I have been guilty on several occasions in the past of not caring for it perhaps as much as I should have. Thankful for these signs that the body conveys to us - for it means there is something to be healed, and something to be learnt from the pain and challenge. Much love to all those involved with the production of this :) Keep up the excellent work, and thank you very much for all your efforts! :D
Great series so far. When athletes show their vulnerability it’s a gift. The struggles are so interesting and the response to it even more so. Pretty sure the last thing I was thinking was man those close up interviews were a problem…..
Thanks for talking about struggles with insomnia. We tend to think athletes are invincible. It helps to know it affects all. Brave to talk about it.

I was surprised not to hear a single word about Nienke. She was the true sensation of 2021!
she didn't run until the fourth race
What a kind soul Ana is
Thank you for the great episode!
Como siempre un vídeo espectacular!!!👏👏
hopefully they get more organised in the future
excellent series! , take a step back on the interview close ups though please
Exactly this, wide and close is very unflattering angle.
Aspiring to be a rookie!
Who are the three at 25:22 on the podium?
Sería mucho trabajo subtitularlo en Español? Somos unos cuantos millones y seguro que os daría más difusión
Bravo

Maybe if these teams paid them well, they could trail run for a profession. They wouldn't be going to school.
Bailey quit yet she is still a pro runner for Salomon. 🤷🏻♂️
John 14:6
