It depends on the size of the bottle, a smaller bottle may fit but a full size bottle definitely wouldn’t. The full pouch can fit in your pocket so mostly fits smaller gear. Thanks for checking it out!
Not much, with my current phone case on it is a little unstable, I guess because it’s too thick. I’ll swap the cut and pen pulls out to different bags when I switch though. I really like adding them to internal zippers.
No worries. And sorry, I am not sure, I don't have a Wave handy so I tested it with my Leatherman Charge which has the same dimensions as the Wave but the Charge is a bit thicker.

Haven’t tried myself but per Alpaka, not TSA approved.

Yes, it will fit in the left most strap and have a little room to spare on the top/bottom.

It’s a plastic like fabric material, they don’t specify exactly what material but it feels pretty durable.

Oh, makes sense. They are plastic. There is some metal in each (blade, pen and hinge on the stand) but for the most part plastic.
