I am glad you see positive in USA. I love USA and UK. What I love . Law and order. Pay what you get for. Love people. This is the side I love . Yes drugs and bad people in every country. I knew it, @harry is in GTA 6 lol Lived in US my entire life, I still don't understand the hotel fees, annoying seriously. I only tip once in awhile but never for a coffee. For a really good service at a restaurant yes but fast food n quick meals, drinks etc no tip
the reason the haircut was so expensive is because it was in arguably the most expensive part of the city. It would be like getting a haircut in Mayfair, London or Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. If you go to other parts of the city you can easily find good haircuts for $30-50 USD which are normal prices for the USA.
@@Gr8gg787 A good haircut... You can also get a $20 haircut in South Florida but just expect a shitty one. In fact, you can even get a free haircut at the barber academies with trainees. But like anything in this world regardless of the city state or country, you get what you pay for...
My dad went from NZ to New York in the 1980s and he was warned to to go to certain areas and streets. My dad being my dad took no notice and went to those areas. He met nothing but friendly black and Hispanic people who stopped to chat with him, amazed that a white man was taking the time to say hello. They knew he wasn't American and were fascinated to know he was from NZ. He saw street musicians and artists and met all kinds of people. He stopped to talk to people sitting on their front steps and all of them were warm and friendly. If you treat people with dignity and humanity no matter where you are that is what you will receive back - generally.
@@harryjaggardtravelMost of the time you aren’t expected to tip, though you may see the option it’s not considered rude. For instance if you’re getting a coffee at Starbucks, nobody hits the tip button because that’s just absurd. The only time it’s expected is at bars and sit down restaurants.
86$ for one haircut and trim is just totally insane. Last time I paid 2$ for a cut (Azerbaijan) and the guy was even very meticulous. He had many barber diplomas.
Last time I went to Miami with an American fren. He was very concern about paying tips as he always asked me to add tips when ever we took uber or ate at restraunts. Back home we dont tip unless we r satisfied with the service offered to us just like we do in UK. It was a sort of culture shock to me as tip was compulsory everywhere 😊😅

In 1979 my parents purchased a low rise vacation condo across from South Beach for $30,000. At the times it was mostly retired White folks and uncrowded. Crime spiked in the 1980's but still a safe vacation spot. They sold in 2008 and made quite a bit of coin. However, today that condo would be worth about $700,000 or more. 1:22 I love America too ✌ 🇺🇸 she's still a baby compared to other countries and going through some growing pains right now but she everybody's precious baby
Prince Harry fits in quite well in Miami! I think you enjoyed it more because people are wealthy so you just don’t have all the chaos you saw in the cities you’ve been to. Miami is a playground where people go to enjoy themselves. And you looked like you enjoyed it too. You made a friend in Cedric. Cool as always Harry. You’re a class act.❤️
Yes the tipping it is out of control it’s because of the greed of the higher ups, ceos and executives and them not wanting to pay their employees properly, how else are they gonna buy their 5th tesla and take their 4th vacation this year? lmao. You go in to pickup a slice of pizza, they ask for a tip. You buy a coffee they ask for a tip. I drove to the place, you didn’t deliver it to me or bring it to my table why am I tipping? I only tip waitresses and delivery drivers.
As a Yank I'm with you 100% regarding coffee tips, resort fees and extra taxes above and beyond traditional sales tax. It's also really questionable that one should be hit for parking if you are paying to stay at the resort. Parking should be included IMO. Always enjoy your vids Harry. Thank You!
Glad you're enjoying yourself and we don't take offense...we know we're loud and rude. It's all part of the adventure... But you're absolutely correct, tipping is out of control here in the U.S.
Places like Starbucks get paid salary and tops are extra. So, not everyone tips there. Restaurants however, only pay their waiters enough to cover their taxes on their tips essentially. The tips they make, they still have to tip out other employees though. Due to this though, waiters make pretty good money, but the job doesn't usually come with health and other benefits like 401k savings for retirement
