judaism makes much sense to me since i started researching on it , thanks for making this channel it is of great help for people who didnt grew in a jewish family
I left Christianity 10 years ago. Today, I am a Noahide and feel the best I have in years. No condemnation and carrot and stick rules from my other religion can hurt me now.
I have to say that, as a Christian, I have gained so much from this channel and similar sources. I feel like Christian 'teachers', 'leaders', whatever, are not speaking to the mind anymore. Maybe they haven't in a long time. I feel like there isn't any authentic Christian 'wisdom', for lack of a better word, that we can study, contemplate, and really help us embrace the true meanings. So, while I'm not a Muslim or a Jew, I have no problem enjoying and embracing their wisdom. It's the same God and the same human experience, so, why not?
I spent so much of my life as a Christian and grew up feeling like nothing I ever did or will do would be good enough for Gods grace even though I’ve lived my life in service and morality upright as much as possible. I started breaking free and meditating trying to get answers. Oddly the things I started believing outside of Christianity lined up with Judaism, God is leading me this way.
I'm totally floored by how much beauty there is in Judaism. I never expected that even Orthodox Judaism would reject the idea of eternal hellfire (generally speaking). I used to be a Christian in all different kinds of churches (Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant); now I'm a Noahide exploring conversion to Judaism. ברוך ה' לעולם ועד
I heard a rabbi propose that "an eye for an eye & a tooth for a tooth," could mean if you knock someone's eyes out you might have to read things for them for the rest of your life, & if you leave them toothless you might need to get soft food for them. I love it that I come from a tradition that encourages asking questions & celebrates multiple interpretations of sacred texts.
As always an amazing lecture from Rabbi Taylor! Since my first day in Chabad 2 years ago i have found a home, truly the place i belong. I am extremely grateful to Rabbi Taylor and Rabbi Weg and The Rebbe!
Just curious I didn't notice you were wearing a kippah and didn't see peyos. Can you tell me why? (or did i just miss it) I understand that some people tuck their tzitzit into their shirts so that is not as obvious as the other two...
The original sin was disobedience to God in 'eating of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil' by Adam and Eve. What does the Torah say about about disobedience to God?
Judiasm seems to be the truth! ...the hardships are the dreams, and visionsy and or experiences individuals have, while God knows the truth of all things, and God knows the past ,present, and future, i had always believed once i take steps of faith to get closer to God, then more peace and health would take place...but thats not the case more shame and more heartache is happening! ...
It’s good to try to keep the commandments and put it in your effort. Now let’s say you know you shouldn’t be doing something and continue to do it when the messiah comes your souls so to say gets vaporized into nothingness of course though there is always repentance if you truly mean
@@yugiohpackerwhere are you getting this idea about souls being vaporized? Never heard of such a thing, and I’m an Orthodox Jew. Doesn’t mean it’s not true, but sounds extremely fishy to me…
I am a Okinawan-Messianic-Jew, I know this may not be accepted by many. I am training to become a Messianic Rabbi and in October will be ordained a Rabbi. Love you Rabbi, Shalom Alechiem.
Holy and sacred are two different things. I don’t think he meant to beneath your views and values about marriage but rather to explain or inform a general public about the 3 main religions.
Hold back on Incarnation. It’s not necessarily mandatory for all men. This is a rather closed matter and not really much is said about it in Torah or Tanach.

Yes, we love to share ideas that are universal!

Thank you so much for clarifying so many things! B”H!!
You are so welcome!
Where would anyone have got a moral code like the Torah, except from the Torah?
Marriage is Holy for Christians too. In fact, in Catholic & Orthodox Christianity, matrimony is a Sacrament.
Indeed.
Well done. Thank you
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching!

In Bereshit 4:7 the the word “sin” is for the first time introduced. Meaning: In the sense of a true Torah view, the first sinner was Cain.
The first sin was Lucifers pride in Heaven.
The original sin was disobedience to God in 'eating of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil' by Adam and Eve. What does the Torah say about about disobedience to God?
My Rabbi..can u pls enumerate or mention theses 5 differences i have no internet facility to download 28 minutes

So according to Judaism, what happen to me or my soul if i dont have a place in the new world when the Messiah comes? Where would i or my soul go ?

Very good.
Many many thanks
Adam and Eve had neither yetser hara or yetser tov (evil inclination/ good inclination). That became a part of man after they did eat from the tree.

In Islam marriage is sacred.....
In all cultures marriage is sacred
It's the responsibility of the husband & wife
to keep that which is sacred & holy pure.

Same is in Judaism
Were Adam and Eve Jewish?

I'm a Goy who'd like to convert to Masorti Judaism.
Goy is not the nicest term, but I get you. :) You're a human being seeking truth and holiness. We welcome you.
