I'm 58 years old. Started playing in 1966. Remember seeing multiple guitar players using pedals. Hard to get at that time. Bought my first distortion pedal 1972. I was touring 1975 to 1984. Was always buying different stuff. Widely available anywhere, throughout that time period. Off the hook now!

I had the head and currently have the 212 combo. I find it sounds great if the gain channel is turned up to just a little hair and then use an overdrive pedal in front of it.

I've got the G100-212ii combo. Great amp for cleans and awesome pedal platform.

This is a solid state amp, not a inch of gain. 1970s model but it does work well for jazz.I know,I need to post it being played! I will !

      Dime the gain
      .
      Fuzzy
      But not fuzzy
Throw a rat in front.... doom awaits.

HI, I have the same head and I have a question: is there any difference between output 1 or 2 (ext) to the cabinet? My exit 1 is extremely noisy into the 2*15 8 Ohm cabinet and I have no idea if the head is having problem on that or I am wrong about plugging. Tx

I've seen a lot of them, don't think there that rare. there's one on my local cl right now. doubt theres many on the internet due to the weight, to expensive to ship.
