If i remember correctly, they actually put this on refurbished 2 car trains, but got removed later.

I dislike her voice but I like the bell used and the motor/door sounds for these Bombardier trains.
One of the announcements I tend to hear is the "Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed inside stations or trains."
Yes the Public Service Announcement was used to played everywhere, but now it's replaced by the Covid-19 prevention announcement.

Who is the voice of the current announcements on the Kelana Jaya Line? You mentioned it was Datuk Yasmin Yusoff previously before the Mark II trains were refurbished.
I believe the current voice actor is an undisclosed internal staff within RapidKL. Will update here if I happen to get more information on this.

No, the previous voice on old 2-Car train is from Yasmin Yusoff, a famous voiceover artist and actress.

What does SS stands for? SS15, 18..
Good question, SS actually stands for Sungei Way-Subang. Since Petaling Jaya continued to grow with more people moving into the district from other rural areas, it expanded and started developing land along Sungei Way to Subang. Hence the acronym, SS! Same goes to USJ, it stands for United Estates Projects Subang Jaya.

Do you mean recording the audio or generating template for this video? I use my phone to record the audios while using premiere pro for rendering this video.

@@cumicumi6875 LEP stands for LRT Extension Project which involves LRT Sri Petaling Line and LRT Kelana Jaya Line. There is no difference on the announcement for 2-car and 4-car train.

These trains really need to get replaced.
For your information these announcement are recorded on the new generation KLAV as stated in the video hence no replacement are needed for these new trains which are in service for less than 5 years.
Why this announcement sounds different from the AMPANG line?

@@WKX076 I mean the monorail LRT SPAG and MRT Kajang line sounds similar but this LRT KJ line sounds differently. It sounds tense and deeper. Is the voice over different?
Yes the voice is different. Another factor to consider is the type of speaker use. KJL trains have different speakers.
