My girlfriend at the time fell head over heels about Donny that was when she was 16 when we were both at school, 51 years later we are still going strong at 67 we loved that early 70s and glam rock

Loved Donny since I was 7 yrs old, I’m 58 now. I had his posters on every wall in my room from ceiling to floor, even on my room & bathroom door top to bottom. Got a Tiger Beat magazine (my fav) when ever I could. Donny was always my favorite. Marie too. Tape record on cassette Donny & Marie show just to listen to their voices till next wk. Cried when he got married. I watch these & sing word for word, my mind goes back to those times & my heart is just warm & happy. It’s sad too. World was different, unless u were there & lived it, u won’t understand.

I was in Love with Donny Osmond! I thought at 14 years old I was definitely his biggest fan. Posters on my bedroom walls. His first record I played over and over again. I wouldn't miss an episode of Donny and Marie. We had only 3 channels and 5 kids, but my Mom always let me watch their show. We moved to the south and I found true Puppy Love in highschool. Great times growing up in the 60s, 70s, and 80s!

This song reminds me in 1974, Dad (1943 - 2021) n Grandpa ( 1914 - 2003) , was hospitalised for getting shot due to break in robbery . Gotta ride on a school bus to school for some time and in the bus they played this song, that was the first time i heard it. Never forget. Dad n grandpa , both alive from the gun shot.
