K saw slayer like 10 times back in the day when this album was new. One time in Philadelphia during the anncor of angel of death I climbed Toms bass stacks on stage from the front row and climbed to the top...then Tom gives me this look like "DON'T F'N DO IT MAN!" but I didn't listen and staged dived into the middle of the pit from 15ft above the stage. The crowd saw me coming and parted like the red sea and I smacked down on cement compound fracturing my left elbow then the crowd came back in full force on top of me moshing me into the ground. When I finally made it out I looked like i was in a war...my leather ripped and torn, my haunting the chapel tee shirt in bloody rags,missing my left boot,2 broken fingers,4broken ribs,compound fractured elbow bone coming through the skin,my long hair that went down to my knees in long bloody dread locks,had a boot print made of blood right in the middle of my back, and a broken left ankle...along with the biggest sinister smile you can imagine lmao. I would do it again in a second hahaha! Thought I'd share a slayer memory with ya hun I subscribed and I don't ever do that but I am now your biggest fan! I always wondered why so few minorities listen to Metal. I blame it on people just wanting to fit in to their specific "group". I remember my very first Slayer concert way back then, I was 15 and was worried that I would be discriminated against the show, but the Metal community, since back then till this day have always treated me like family. I have never seen this song played with a smile and happiness before. I mean look at Tom or Jeff of slayer when they are playing there's a kind of anger in their playing. It's not a happy song. Other than that it was played to perfection not a note skipped or a beat missed you can't ask for more than that.

Very cool to see Gen Y’ers actually doing stuff. Slayer is king in the metal world. Played guitar for twenty odd years and I can see this kid is a tab queen which is good. Some parts are really good. One thing with Slayers riffs and tabs are they are quite different. The quad gallop on tab in this song is actually a 6 gallop which is squeezed into the 4 space. Kerry King has lightning fast hands. The tab simplifies it to 4. Not bad in any manner and keep it up. Practice timing and transition too, you’ll be great .
Travelin' Ted I’ve actually met Glenn from Deicide back in 91’. He carried a zippo lighter and a small metal cross in his pocket. He pulled them out and put the flame under the cross until it turned orange then stuck it to his forehead and burned it into his skull. He did this frequently which is why he has an inverted cross scar on his forehead. Deicide’s debut album was the pinnacle of Death metal and I’ve personally played that album a thousand times. The following albums began to lack the sound of the vocals and the variety of vocal sounds. First album sounded like there was at least three vocalist (or demons) snarling at the listeners ready to attack. The following albums sound production simply wasn’t as good . Still the guitar riffs are insanely mind bending and difficult to play. Good call Deicide is intense
