I recently found this playlist from Shweta Mam's video. It's literally a goldmine for CAT aspirants.. better than paid classes..
Yeah bro
Literally it is ♥️🙏🏼
Mee too
Yes bro
@@vishnurajan7706 bhai waise questions kitne solve krne chahiye ek chapter ke upr quants me??
CAT one class charges over 500rs. But this guy is giving these lessons for free, not to mention the quality is same as any coaching class would provide. Hats off
15 people avg 48 = 15*48 =720kg, now 16 people as 1 joined , so 16 *49= 784 , diff = 64 kg (the person who joined)
dammn i also applied same concept ... hope it works in all the questions
Thanks for this concept
Good logic 👍😇
Good 👍
What if another person joins? 17+48 or 64+17?
Highly underrated playlist.
I have gone through many but if you want crystal clear concepts, this is the best on internet
@23:00 -- alternate
Avg weight without heavy student = 60 - 2 = 58 kgs
Therefore, Heavy student weight = 58 + (40 * 2) = 58 + 80 = 138 kgs
He makes maths so easy and interesting! The way he explains is so simple yet on point!
If you want crystal clear concepts, these are the best videos you can find on the internet! Period.
keneka gol tumar exam , where did u took admission😃
Directly landed on these videos from Shweta Mam videos.Really so helpful for CAT Aspirants.Initially I am very confused what to read and what not and also confus
ed due to large no of videos on youtube how to read them but these playlist are the solution of each question,And also a valuable things for those who can^t afford expensive coaching classes.Thanks alot SIR for providing these videos absolutely free of Cost.
shortcut for this questions is Avg + (increase or decrease in Avg X total new quantity) = 48 + ( 1 x 16 )= 64
Avg = Total weight of 15 students/ 15
Let total weight of 15 students be T
SO, it is given initial Avg = 48
Therefore ,
48 = T/15
So, T = 720
Now when 16 th person joins avg weight inc. by 1 and becomes 49
Similarly , we can write
Avg = Total weight of weight of 16 students/16
OR
Avg =
(Total weight of 15 students+ weight of 16th student) / 16
Let weight of 16th person be x
Now,
(T+x)/16 = 49
Keeping value of T from above
x = 64
Much more straight!🤌🏻💯
time taking
This method is logical and straightforward too, but Ravi Sir's method can be done without even taking pen and paper, so that would be better in the long run
27:04 Sir I can guarantee this moment changed many things for hundreds of students....
YOU DONT HAVE TO WRITE, TO GET IT RIGHT...a true example; every teacher just says it or just do half of the que orally
Thank you for helping so many of us. We owe you a lot!
Never ever seen this kinda Fastest method with concept of average, when some one leave or join the group.. Great Sir..❤️
I am from an engineering background and consider myself to be good at quant and dilr, but Ravi sir has not only shown me how little I knew but helped me learn concepts and tricks very easily. Kudos to you and your team sir. Blessing in disguise❤.
Found this series from sweta mams video , thnks to her ❤😊
i dont know wht i would have done without you sir!!! very neatly explained ......
For sales question::. a=348 ,d= 16 , nth term = a+(n-1)d
12th term = 348 + (12-1)16
Sir my utmost respect to you
I bow at your feet
You are my best companion in this new advent
Great thanks sir!
Salute to your all great efforts of explaining concepts so beautifully...
Using small brush for indicating no. and then switching to color pen repeatedly with so patience....
Sir got your video from sweta mam video....Thank you for explaining so well....
Bhai iss playlist ke alawa kahan se padh rhe ??
Re-attempting all these questions is now super quick and simple after watching this and next video. Very helpful!
in the 3rd question if you understand the question its so simple - its just avg + total strength which is avg of 15 is 48 and now 1 person joined now total strength is 16 hence 48+16=64 there you go
This will gonna help a lot of people, very nicely and easily explained series. Thankyou very much Sir!
You are a true saviour .A geniuse! Every level of student can understand your teachings.
I don't think even Cochin could explain so beautifully the way u explain
solved it in within 15 sec. Damn sir you are good.

Can't believe, this is such a good content for free!!. God bless you so much sir!
Alternatively, you can also do the weight question by the following method. Although yours is quite quick, but I solved it the following way initially.
(t1+t2+....+t15)/15 = 48 ------- CASE 1
(t1+t2+.......+t16)/16=(48+1)----- CASE 2
from case 1 => t1+t2+...t15 = 48*15 = 720
from case 2 => t16 = (48+1)*16 - (t1+t2+...t15)
=> t16 = 784 - 720 = 64.
Just extremely thankful for providing such quality & knowledgeable content for free!
Amazing channel started my prep last week and its helped so much.
It's unnatural how I get teleported to previous exam halls where I had struggled solving these questions 😢 Sir , Words are not enough to thank you 🙏
Found this video from shweta arora playlist. Thankyou for clearing the concept
Sir, you make me feel like teaching is also an art.. Neatly Explained thanks...
Q.The avg weight of a group of 15 friend inc......
Ans:- 15:- 48kg
16:- (48+16) = 64 easy steps
Very neatly explained.. Thank you... Helping a lot!!
Thanks
16.42 AGE OF NEW COMER= PREVIOUS AGE+(NO OF PERSON *INCREASE IN AVG AGE)=48+(16*1)=64 ANS SOLVED IN 1 MIN USE THIS FORMULA FOR THESE TYPE OF SUMS
Simple ways
If 48kg is average of 15 people
So total weight = 15*48 = 720
After a new person come it becomes 49
Total weight= 16*49 = 784
Hence new person weight = 784-720 = 64
I respect your efforts to teach but this tricks sometimes irritates students minds in exams
thankyou so much sir for your hardwork
Complete clarity of the topic ..
You explain the short tricks very well sir .
Well done.. thankyou 🙏🙏
Or u can directly do by this
If
15 - 48
16 - 49
So increase is 1kg
When total no. Of students/16 = 1 so weight increasing by 16 kg.
So 16th person weight is 16+ 48 = 64
Sir has done the same thing though!
Sir, for the star question, I have tried to generalize a formula
F = A + N * C
where F is the final value that is calculated a/t to the question, A is average, N is the total number after anybody leaves/joins, and C is the increase/decrease in average.
For Q1:
F = 48 + 16 * 1 = 64
Sir, please correct anything wrong with this approach.
TEJASWI LOG
1:36 here can anyone explain me why we changed to 1+11+....... insted of doing 9+99+999+.....
Please let me know this
same
Because we have divided each term with 9. So 9 becomes 1, 99 becomes 11, 999 becomes 111..and so on!
Thankyou sir.. very neatly explained. Thanks for providing it for free

At the time of joining of one people we are adding +1 to that people also so at the time of removing one people why we are not removing -1 or -2 (according to the problem) from that people

excellent content
Thank you, sir. Eagerly waiting for silver plate🌼
Amazing ❤️🙌
Hats offf to u sir ... what a concept
best videos i have ever seen sir
Great help sir
Thanq sir
am i wrong for doing it like 1+15/2=8, so the 8th friend has 48kg weight. so when 16th friend comes 1+16/2=8.5 and 8.5th friends weight becomes 49 since 8.5 doesn't come when we count from 1 to 15 so this becomes a pattern like 8th=48 8.5th=49 9th=50, which eventually tells us that 16th friend's weight is 64.
thank you so much for your insights ❤️
sir , you made it very easy.
thank you
