    Interesting. But you are correct a really good suspension will feel like it has more travel than it does cause it is able to do it's job more fully compared to lesser suspension with same travel or even more travel. My Atherton 130 also feels like this, has more travel than it actually does. The A130 feels like a 150mm travel bike. I also have a Knolly Fugitive138 and a Privateer141, and the A130 feels like it has more travel than those two bikes. I also have a Privateer161 and that feels like more suspension than the A130 but not a whole lot more. They all are Horst Link but the A130 also is DW....so basically a 6bar suspension. It is definitely faster pedaling than the Fugitive138 and Privateer141 but just so much smoother. Horst Link is known to kinda have a hang up feeling on square bumps which both the 138 and 141 has but the A130 does not with that added DW. The A130 doesn't feel fast like a XC bike but feels fast for a trail bike that feels like it has way more travel than it actually does.
