Suicide attempts, jails, nut wards. Life's always been difficult 😪 😕. The last 13 years of misery have been especially memorable. At 60, I'm ready to make my life exceptional 😎. Eat plenty of ice cream 🍦 😋 Keep positive ✨️ and grateful 🙏. Eat healthy and take vitamins. Many peopl are deficient in magnesium, D3, C and B complex. Seriously. Our nerves cannot heal and grow properly with these deficienties. Also, inflammation is rampant . Turmeric, ginger and aspirin daily help my fibromyalgia and neuropathy damage. Amazon is my go to place for value. This dark night is torturing my arse. 💩😒💥 Walk in nature. Go for a swim and fishing 🎣 Stay away from energy vampires 🧛♂️ Learn and be present every waking moment ✨️. Music will calm the brain Never give up hope 🙏 Don't drink today. Worry about tomorrow tomorrow Peace and love ❤️

Interestingly, it was Theravada Buddhism that helped me access reality and accept fear and suffering. This school of Buddhism encourages people to accept what is, as you are, otherwise you can't see the truth. I tried everything for decades. A massive shift happened. I'm listening to you because I know you are talking like the Buddha did - to attend to self first, learn compassion to self, let go let go let go. We are NOT this body and mind, the World is about acting like an animal in a jungle. I found true Astrology to be rather enlightening. I am currently experiencing this 'strange feeling'.

My journey of pain led me to my awakening. I believe it to be the only way the soul gets you to move onto ur spiritual self. I understand the anger, but I realised it’s me that carries it. I looked at my journey and thought, this is not me. Bme was all about being me if nothing happened. How would I be in a world that didn’t effect me through other’s ignorance. Understanding this, I changed and became me. As you have said, your pain has led you to the place you should be. Remember this, all is just an experience that we give an identity to. Change the emotion, see the experience as an experience that’s all yours. T

Just discovered your videos and my jaw hit the floor. You are the only person I am aware of that talked about the coldness of a spirit. I experienced this when I was in high school except I was frightened out of my mind as it felt more evil than anything I have ever experienced. In fact, I could see my breath in the room that turned cold and felt a pressure inside the room that felt like it could hardly contain the atmosphere. Thought for sure it was the devil and I couldn’t understand why as there was nothing to being this on as far I I knew. I had another experience when I was about 6 or 7 but it was unbelievably peaceful and bright. I wanted to go there. I saw 2 “Angels” and “Jesus” and he did talk to me in my head. He told me I would have a very hard life and one day I would find out why. Have only experienced a couple of little things since then - 50 yrs - and any time I try to explore spirit in depth I have tactile nightmares with a dark shadow and I wake up still feeling the pain for a min and scared to death🫣🫣Anybody ever experience this?

Didn’t expect a response from you as I do realize you guys have a busy life. I try to mediate and had given up on getting a name from my guardian angel but had been getting signs - I hoped. So, when I did get a very unexpected response - loudly - in my mind, I was shocked. The name was Tabitha. My elation quickly turned to a sense of foreboding because all I could think of was that was the name of the daughter of a witch on a TV show - Bewitched - I watched during my childhood. Silly, I know. A few days later the tactile dreams started and a dark shadow was pulling me by my hair out of bed. I woke up from the dream scared and with my head hurting for the first few minutes. Forgive me for being so verbose but any videos regarding these types of things would be most welcome! I appreciate you and your videos greatly!

Big questions really. Eating meat doesn’t affect spiritual growth as far as I know. Surrendering to god is a big one really. I like surrender to your pains, your emotions and discover your spirit. But even better still, drop the human program. This is bme. Surrender to your mind is the best one because it’s the mind that will always try to stop you growing. T
