I believe the game explains that it's the squeaky floorboards that make noise when Banjo steps on them that wakes up the ghost. I should have explained that better in the video if I didn't mention that.
I actually tried waiting for Motzand to finish the round and then go out of curiosity, but he gets mad at you for lagging behind him and you have to start over.
You didn't demonstrate the witch switch in the rafters of the church. Climb on top of the organ and hover to the unlit candle fixture that has a flight pad on it.
