The might Grac as I call them, one of my top favorites. Love to watch them strut around the yard. And those beautiful yellow eyes against their sheen of rainbow colors ....beautiful birds imo. Nice video. 💜💙💚🖤💛
I agree. I enjoy seeing grackles at the feeder. It was a late day for me to refill the feeders, but I just completed that task. There are fallen chestnuts in the yard, cracked open, which means the squirrels and birds are eating them, which is terrific.
@@MyOutdoorWildlife Yes! The squirrels are hoarding hickory and acorns here too. My yard was full of foraging birds and my 2 squirrels who I believe are sibs. They are hilarious chasing each other and doing flips in air! Love this time of year. enJOY! x
I love your content, I am a bird lover, ❤L6 ❤️I love watching them, your channel is very relaxing for me, I send you a hug of blessings and I hope you have a nice day and thank you for sharing with us so many different species of birds.
They actually prefer the unshelled sunflower seeds. I have shelled sunflower seeds; however, they rarely touch those. They'll move them out to get to the unshelled seeds.
I also enjoy the grackles, and their iridescent blue and purple colours. Your view is similar to the view through my daughter's back window. We see grackles there and a lady cardinal too, with her vivid red beak. One grackle in particular seems to have made friends with a blue jay, and they sit side by side eating, quite often. I found this surprising, as they're both otherwise kind of aggressive at the feeder.
Grackles are my favorite birds that visit our feeders. I have seen some unusual bird species pairing at the feeder. A male house finch was always around one of the female northern cardinals that still visited the feeder. I have not seen the male house finch in several weeks.
I like all the birds. They're cute.
I also like all the birds; some I gravitate more than others, mainly because of their personalities.

It does appear that the grackle is attempting to do that. 🤣 I love their personality.

Great sharing!😊✨️🍂
Thanks, I enjoy sharing birdcam footage.
Nice birds! Looks like they struggle a little bit with those sunflower seeds 😁
