They have a deep bound that comes from deep understanding and acceptance, contact with each other's very soul, and you know that they will always be as close as they are now, if not closer. That will always be true, even if they end up on opposite sides. You can't put what they have into words. Yes, I want them to be a couple, but even if they're not, as long as the bonds are held true, I'll be content.
In the manga, Kubo somehow sneaks a shojo background in Ichiruki scenes. I didn't noticed it until now, but there's that hardcore evidence that they have this little showing a bit of love scene I guess? Japan's Tatabana story fits well with Ichiruki (story is about 2 people destined to meet) and also the ying and yang (what we Canadians and Americans call "peace sign") is a circle with a black and white side. Apparently it represents the black sun and the white moon.

But he gets it back eventually, through a group that has Sado in it too, which probably means some deeper development into Sado and Ichigo's relationship, as well as other character development. The series has NOT ended, I can assure you.

@TeaAtem I dunno. I'm up to episode 206. There's nothing concrete. Well its pretty obvious that Ohrihime is inlove with Ichigo... But on the IchiRukia front there is nothing obvious at all. I think Rukia loves Ichigo deeply, and I'm pretty sure Ichigo loves her too. But I dunno if its just sincere respect and friedship or whether it has romantic tones. It certainly looks like it might be romantic at times. And I happen to think they are perfect for each other.
@Bishbegonespray Series has never ended yet, if you are talking about the dub series, yes it ended, they might have problems or gotten lazy? If you want to continue the series, I suggest you read the manga or watch the subbed series because they are far beyond where you left off.
@TeaAtem Ichigo really hasn't show'd like actually love love towards anyone the only time it has really show'd was with Senna but that was in a movie so yeah. Ichigo and Rukia do have a very strong bond together but I am pretty sure it is not love. Orhimie likes Ichigo and when you watch the anime you will be able to know that :D but hope you enjoy the anime xD!!!

Also Ichigo And Rukia wont get together because: Ichigo is a Human and Rukia is a Shinigami well Ichigo is: Half human 25% Shinigami and 25% Hollow. Ichigo has no feelings at all for Rukia Kuchiki this was never proved. Ichigo never wants to hurt Rukia bc there best m8s in my opinion ofcours
