I think he should have been congratulating Joyce more as should have BT Sport. I didn't like how this was "oh poor daniel" which I feel as he is my favorite, but I love Joyce as well and he deserved the praise for winning especially being the underdog.

True but not for this fight. Save that comment for another video. Daniel did the right thing and took the knee. He couldn't see and was in a risk of an injury that could force him to retire. Hopefully his eye is ok. Losing is not a big deal. It helps us get better fights. Many people like Wilder would never fight any big names after Tyson if he had won. Because he got it completely wrong. Dubois went from fighting a blown up light heavyweight Japanese sushi chef to fighting an olympic silver medallist who is bigger, stronger, longer reach and is battle tested in his physical prime as a heavyweight and had fought far better competition as a pro.

Great performance from Joe, had everything. Technique, game plan, strength, resilience, punch power, stamina and ultimately busting his opponent up while making him quit, for good measure. Well impressed, did everything he said he was going to and with a smile plus that awesome standing cartwheel.

@@johnfisher4872 I would have liked to see Dubois at least give it a crack by maybe just going all out and getting knocked out, switch stances or at least actually try and move out the way of the jab. He was getting hit by the jab all night even though that's pretty much the only punch Joyce threw the whole fight. At the moment Dubois is just a bully who started falling apart when the fight wasn't going his way, didn't change anything during the fight just stood there getting jabbed like a dummy. But the good thing is he's 23 he's got more than enough time to come back!
