This is what the MCU is missing these days, are the small moments with a huge payoff later. The party scene in Age of Ultron where Cap barely moves the hammer could have been a throw away moment, but it set up one of the biggest crowd pleasing moments ever.
@@Quinton_ovo_ You have to be worthy to lift it. Lifting it for a party game isn't a worthy cause. Lifting it to protect the Earth from Thanos is a worthy cause. Vision could lift it because he was pure and simply handing it to Thor.
@@Quinton_ovo_ Incorrect he was always able to lift it...The hammer doesn't work on barely or full it's either you can move it or not, there is no in between. The fact that he budged it says he could've lifted it completely but choose not to and act like he couldn't. Him picking it up here obviously knew he'd be able to lift it otherwise why try at all if he supposedly 'barely' lifted it before...that would just be a waste of time then.
For all of us who weren’t in theaters to experience Luke Skywalker destroying the Death Star in 1977… the final fight of this movie - starting from “On your left”, to Spider-Man web-swinging through the portal, to Cap using Thor’s hammer, and all the way to Tony’s snap - will forever be our theater moment.
It also shows Caps personality to pretend like he couldn't in Age of Ultron to make Thor feel better. And only actually use it when it was the last resort. Hence he was worthy because of it.
