I'm 15 years old and I'm a very spiritual person .I have tried a lot of meditation on yt but nothing made me feel like this one . When I started to do this I felt tingling sensation all over my body . I had a severe headache . I felt some things running all over my body . I had severe pressure in my third eye chakra , i felt immense pressure there and in my spine. I felt some thing come from my head towards the end of my spine and I felt my spine expanding . I felt each and every second of this meditation . Fun fact is my headache stopped at the moment I came into this world again .This was a very powerful experience and Eric , you are a great person . The positive energy you give off is absolutely amazing . Thank you so much for making these kind of videos . Namaste ...

This meditation is powerful indeed. I've been doing this meditation every night almost for about 5 months. It has helped me learn about the chakra system and when balanced, you really do see visions with the 3rd eye chakra. From my experience, future events in parable form. Faces, prisms, and multicolors like rainbows etc. This opens a gate to a deeper understanding of the chakra system and connect to the universe and a really deep level. It has helped me connect to my guides, my higher self, and the universe. Just by starting out with the fundamentals of this meditation. Thank you Master.

Doing this when i had headache, i burst into sweat while doing this. And after that the headache totally gone, and my mind is very clear

That's why I am in doubt that negative visual was blockage and was it getting flushed from my subconscious mind that's why I saw it?? Is it something wrong that I saw it?

This is the first time I’ve gone into a deep state. I don’t know why. I’ve been doing meditation everyday since the 1st Jan 2022 and this one has been the best one so far to follow

I just broke up and 24sept is my birthday
I had the vision for the first time that i can see the one i love come back to me and celebrate my birthday

By far the BEST HIGH VIBE meditation I’ve tried. I use this daily now, not for the 3rd eye necessarily but for these VIBES! I went swimming with my dogs yesterday after doing shadow work Followed by This..... I was able to SEE the ENERGY COMING OFF THE WATER ! Never would have imagined this for myself....I’ve asked the Divine for any gifts intended for me...... I’ve always wanted to be able to see auras....this is MAGICAL... cannot wait to find out what is next.... I am LOVE. I am PEACE I am JOY .. Just did this meditation for the 1st time and it literally feels like my cells are vibrating.
I just found this meditation! Wow it was trippy. I felt the top half of my body vibrating back and forth, at pulse pace, which started not long in to it, through to the end. I felt like I didn't want to stop it, but tried a couple of times, which didn't feel right, so just let it go. Amazing! 🙏
I've just done this meditation sitting in the park on the grass in the sun. Never felt so at peace and grateful to be alive. Thank you Eric ❤

Definitely got a slight headache for about 2-4 mins. But when doing the meditation I seen myself on a mission trip helping people. This was on my top 300 things I wanted from God. I also saw orbs in the beginning. This was definitely amazing! Thank you so much!

This meditation is powerful. I was seeing stars constellations and sacred geometries. I highly suggest pre-meditation that will ground you first.
I just want to say I NEVER COMMENT on videos but this video !! I fall asleep with my earphones on n this video started n something woke me up and i did the meditation.. never have I physically felt what they say you would feel in these videos, my body literally vibrated , i was literally naturally doing everything a second before eric would say it like the move your hands feet stretch etc, I literally feel so light I felt the energy i saw the images i feel like my chakras are cleared out, im absolutely blown away!!!

This is very powerful, It was like becoming a natural electric conductor. At a certain point, I felt it was "too much" intense for me, but staying in the moment and accepting it without judgment helped me to reach a new "vibration" within my body. And It was so beautiful. Namaste 🙏☀️

I have been following you for a while now and I stumbled upon this video today. I have meditated with few of your videos before, but, This meditation was just so absolute. I was so absorbed in this, and the moment you spoke the words "close this energy portal", I felt as if I just want to shout out and say "noooo...let it just be". I am going to repeat this every time I need to be in this high vibrational state. Following this with some solfeggio frequency may feel more yummy.

This medidation really works like wonders like really when I started I was sitting in a Ac room then after I started doing medidation I started sweating so much and after I finished my medidation I was really sweating very much I don't understand but I feel good.I can feel that energy flow within my body.Thank you Eric.
