Thanks for uploading. I was there, and lived just a few miles down the road. The circuit was very small for F1, and only hosted the Belgian GP twice. The circuit is long gone, but if you look on Google Earth you can clearly see the outline just north of the town Nivelles.
I visisted Nivelles-Baulers many times and saw how it changed into a business park. Yesterday I also was there. Thei're now demolishing the last remains of the track. By the way, the reason it was so short was that the original design was actually never completed because of financial troubles from the beginning on.
I went to both of the gp's at Nivelles. The track was vilified because it was different to Spa. Looking at this film it shows that the track was actually way ahead of it's time. Had it stayed open it would have become a firm favourite as it was very fast. The last lap by Lauda was impressive. Thanks for uploading!
@@TheTimmyH Turn 2 and 3 were very fast and also the right-left combination after the backstraight. Because it was short, safe and a replacement for old Spa it was not popular. But was way better as it went into history.
I really like when the driver in second passes the one in front and it isn't shown. Totally unnecessary, and useless showing a F1 car passing another. Don't know why people are so obcessed with it. Meanwhile I love the black and white! Feels like 1954. I keep thinking Fangio will drive by in a Maseratti.

You mean rather dull and boring with wide run off areas, no fast bends and a bit too safe.

Nivelles was the Sochi of it's day. Garbage track. The result of the Stewart safety brigade.
